Why I built this
InstaSleuth started as a way to get back into building something myself. Once I actually looked at what's inside an Instagram export, I realized most "unfollower trackers" only use a fraction of it, so I wanted to build something that shows a lot more than just who unfollowed you, with a real focus on privacy.
What it's built with
Python and FastAPI on the backend, Astro and React on the frontend, deployed on Cloudflare. Fully open source — you can read exactly how your data is handled instead of taking my word for it.
