Get your Instagram data

  1. Open Instagram and tap the ☰ menu icon in the top right
  2. Tap Accounts Center
  3. Tap Your information and permissions
  4. Tap Export your information
  5. Tap Create export
  6. Select Export to device
  7. Tap Customize information
  8. Set the date range to All time
  9. Under Format, select JSON
  10. Tap Start export

Select as many categories as you're comfortable with — the more you include, the more of your data we can show you. At minimum, include Followers and Following.
